Howard Insall SC, Tenth Floor St James Hall

Howard Insall SC was admitted as a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn, London in 1981 and, in the same year, was admitted to the bar of New South Wales. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2001.

He practises in the field of commercial/equity with an emphasis on corporation and insolvency law, property law, equity and trust law and superannuation.
