As a Managing Associate in the Allens Real Estate team, Eugene specialises in property development, commercial real estate transactions and urban renewal projects, with a particular focus on creating sustainable communities.

Eugene has acted on nationally significant projects including Barangaroo, the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition, Entertainment and Precinct redevelopment, Sydney Metro, the Sydney Gateway road interchange project, and other precinct-scale developments and major infrastructure projects.
