John Wilson, Groom Kennedy

John Wilson has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company and business acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings and corporate reorganisations.

He previously worked for an international law firm in London and Singapore. He has also acted as in-house counsel for a leading energy company and an international financial services organisation.

John aims to combine his technical skills and in-depth international experience to facilitate clients’ strategically important deals.

He has a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a dual-qualified solicitor in Australia and the UK.
