Siobhan is a Senior Associate in the Wills & Estates team at Mellor Olsson Lawyers.

Siobhan has extensive experience in obtaining grants of representation and administration of deceased estates.

As well as estate administration, Siobhan specialises in a complete range of estate planning, dealing with complex intergenerational succession planning matters.

Siobhan is involved in matters concerning contested estates, testamentary capacity and undue influence claims, trust disputes, disputes regarding the use of a Power of Attorney and claims for further provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act.
