Adem was admitted in Victoria and is an experienced solicitor advocate who frequently appears in criminal and quasi criminal matters in all Courts throughout Victoria. He has appeared in a number of highly sensitive matters of public importance involving government entities where complex and novel legal issues have been in dispute. He has particular interest in developing the common law through advocacy where limited guiding authority exists.
Adem also volunteers his time back to the profession through contributions aimed at the development of junior practitioners. Adem also contributes to the Children chapter in Bourkes Criminal Law Victoria.
