Adem Ersoy, Ersoy Kamil

Adem was admitted in Victoria and is an experienced solicitor advocate appearing regularly in criminal and quasi criminal matters during all stages of proceedings. Adem has appeared in a number of highly sensitive matters of public importance on behalf of government as well as against where complex and novel legal issues have been in dispute. Adem has particular interest in developing the common law by advocacy in matters where limited authority exists.

Adem also volunteers his time back to the profession through contributions aimed at the development of junior practitioners. Adem contributes to the content written by Dr Felicity Gerry KC for the chapters on Children in Bourke’s Criminal Law Victoria.
