Michelle Bennett, Francis Burt Chambers

Michelle Bennett is a commercial law barrister with a particular interest in wills, estates, equity and trusts. 

Michelle is sought after for her pragmatic advice, strategic instincts and  congenial nature which she deploys in assisting clients to achieve their best outcomes.  

Michelle was admitted in 2006 and joined the bar in 2019. She appears in all Western Australian and Victorian courts, administrative tribunals and at mediations.

As counsel, Michelle has broad experience in wills and estates related disputes including:
