Mark Byron is a lawyer based in Hamilton, Victoria, with a practice focused on succession planning, wills, and deceased estates.

Mark grew up on his family’s merino farm near Hamilton, and studied law at Deakin University’s Warrnambool campus. After graduating, he completed practical legal training at the Leo Cussen Centre for law in Melbourne before moving on to practice in Horsham, where he gained extensive experience in complex succession planning and probate matters.

Mark now works as a sole practitioner, running a mobile law firm based out of Hamilton, and is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
