Linda Hart is the founder of Solace Legal and is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates and full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

With more than 23 years of experience, Linda has extensive expertise in estate disputes, including contested Wills, family provision claims, and conflicts between executors and beneficiaries.

She combines strong advocacy and negotiation skills to protect her clients’ interests, whether through strategic settlement or determined litigation. At the same time, she is known for her approachable and supportive manner, helping clients navigate what is often a deeply emotional process.
