Dimitra Tolis, Tolis & Co

Dimitra Tolis is Accredited as a Specialist in Family Law and is therefore recognized as having an enhanced level of skill in all areas of Family Law, and a commitment to achieving higher levels of expertise through ongoing professional development to a higher level than other lawyers. She has been practicing almost exclusively in Family Law since her Admission to Practice in 1996. Dimitra leads a talented team of four experienced Family Lawyers who form the Family Law Team at Tolis & Co Lawyers, a firm she established in 1999 in Partnership with Aris Tolis, who leads the firm’s Criminal Law, Wills & Estates and Civil Litigation Teams. She is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Women’s Legal Service, Hellenic Australian Lawyers, and the Australian Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is fluent in Greek, and has experience in property settlement matters involving property in Greece.
