Peter Leech is Special Counsel in Cowell Clarke’s Dispute Resolution team, holding specialist expertise in insolvency.  

Peter has significant experience in all aspects of insolvency related work, having advised liquidators, voluntary administrators, receivers, trustees in bankruptcy, creditors and company directors in both insolvency litigation and turnaround scenarios. 

Peter’s transaction based insolvency experience includes acting for administrators, directors and creditors in relation to Deed of Company Arrangement proposals, including in connection with ASX listed entities.
