Arsan Mutluel is a Legal Practice Manager and Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers, practising exclusively in plaintiff personal injury litigation across Victoria.

Arsan acts for injured workers and road accident victims in complex WorkCover, TAC and serious injury matters, with particular experience in common law damages claims, serious injury applications, impairment benefit disputes and litigation arising from catastrophic and life-changing injuries.

In addition to maintaining a significant litigation practice, Arsan leads legal teams across Western Victoria and is responsible for mentoring solicitors, overseeing litigation strategy and ensuring clients receive practical, commercially focused advice throughout their claims.
