Samantha Bernhard, HOCW

Samantha Bernhard is a Senior Associate in HOCW’s Wills & Estates team. She assists clients with estate planning, estate administration and estate disputes, preparing simple and complex wills, including testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney, medical treatment decision maker appointments and advance care directives.

Samantha also advises on binding death benefit nominations for self-managed and industry superannuation funds, applications for probate, letters of administration and foreign re-seals. She supports executors and families through the administration of deceased estates and represents clients in testator’s family maintenance claims.
