Steve Shelley is a Senior Associate in HOCW’s Property Law team, based in Mount Waverley. Qualified in both England and Australia, he advises on a broad range of property and conveyancing matters, including auction contracts, vendor statements, contracts of sale, licence agreements, off-the-plan purchases, retirement village contracts, and the purchase and sale of farms and rural properties.
