Janette Kveytel is Special Counsel at Southern Waters Legal, a NSW Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates and a Notary Public, with more than 20 years’ experience. She advises and represents individuals, beneficiaries, executors, trustees and corporate entities across wills and estates matters, with a particular focus on estate litigation, contested estates, family provision claims, complex probate and estate administration disputes.

Known for her strategic, practical and empathetic approach, Janette has extensive experience in complex estate disputes and is focused on achieving early, cost-effective resolutions where possible. She also advises on estate and succession planning and is able to assist clients in Russian.
