Adeline Schiralli is Special Counsel at Southern Waters Legal and a NSW Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law, advising clients across estate planning, estate administration and Elder Law. She has particular experience in sophisticated estate and succession planning, including testamentary trusts, planning for blended families and vulnerable beneficiaries, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship, superannuation death benefit nominations and succession of control of companies and trusts.

Adeline takes a holistic and practical approach to estate planning, working closely with clients and their accountants, financial advisers and other professional advisers to develop strategies tailored to their circumstances. She also advises on retirement village and aged care arrangements and is an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Law in its postgraduate Wills & Estates and Estate Planning programs.
