Lisa M. Capone is a Partner of Kurzman Eisenberg, and a member of the Trusts & Estates Litigation, Litigation, Elder Law & Special Needs, and Real Estate practice groups.

Lisa’s practice focuses primarily in Trusts & Estates Litigation, with extensive experience in will contests, contested accounting proceedings, contested administration proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, and fiduciary removal proceedings. Lisa also serves as court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and Court Evaluator, and her litigation practice includes the representation of guardians and parties in contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings. As an active member of the Part 36 Fiduciary Appointment list, she is regularly appointed by judges throughout Westchester and surrounding counties.
