I’m an experienced lawyer with a particular focus on Wills and Estates planning, testamentary trust Wills and succession planning.

Much of my work involves helping people navigate the more complicated parts of estate planning — blended and complex family situations, farming families, business structures and intergenerational wealth.

I also advise on estate administration, probate, trusts and SMSFs, and regularly work alongside financial planners and accountants to make sure the legal, financial and practical pieces of an estate plan work together.

I believe good estate planning should be clear, practical and tailored to the people involved. My approach is straightforward, to understand what matters to you, explain the options clearly, and provide pragmatic legal advice without unnecessary jargon.
