Mikayla Fenwick, Parke Lawyers

Mikayla Fenwick is an Associate at Parke Lawyers. She practises in estate litigation, including testator’s family maintenance (family provision) claims, and in wills and estate planning and probate and estate administration.

Mikayla advises executors and beneficiaries, prepares applications for grants of representation and assists with the administration of deceased estates. Her estate-planning experience includes wills with testamentary trusts, life interests and rights of residence, advice for blended families, and powers of attorney. She appreciates that contested estates and succession matters often involve sensitive personal circumstances, complex family relationships and significant financial interests, and she focuses on giving clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law; her psychology studies complement her work on sensitive family and succession matters.
