Alun Hill is the national director of the contested estates division of Armstrong Legal. Alun holds a Masters of Applied Law majoring in wills and estates. In 2019 Alun became an accredited specialist in wills and estates law.
In 2018 and 2019 Alun was named by Doyles as one of the leading wills and estates litigation lawyers in New South Wales. He has worked on a wide range of estate litigation matters including family provision, probate and administration, will validity claims, estate administration disputes, equitable estoppel, superannuation claims and will construction. He has appeared in estate litigation matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the New South Wales Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Queensland District Court.
Alun has worked exclusively in estate litigation for several years which allows him to offer genuine insight and understanding to his clients. He is able to provide his clients with comprehensive advice and strategies regardless of the complexity of the matter. Whether he is conducting negotiations or appearing in hearings, Alun ensures that his clients understand the process so that they can make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Alun enjoys travelling, and trekking and has a keen interest in dogs, especially Siberian Huskies.
