Alison brings over 25 years of experience from the Gold Coast to Best Wilson Buckley, having relocated to Toowoomba in 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Bond University in 1998, was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland and New South Wales in 2000, and holds a Master of Laws from QUT, alongside admission to practise in the High Court of Australia.
With a diverse background spanning family law, litigation, wills, estates, and property law, Alison found her true passion in family law. She focuses on negotiated, cost-effective resolutions where possible, while remaining confident guiding clients through litigation when needed, always attentive to the emotional weight of each matter.
Alison was drawn to Best Wilson Buckley for its collaborative, community-minded approach, working alongside colleagues equally committed to helping clients navigate life's most difficult transitions.
