Allison is a Director and owner of MobbsMarr Legal. MobbsMarr Legal is a multidisciplinary firm with a focus on Family Law, Wills and Estates, Conveyancing and Commercial law. With offices in Brisbane, Townsville, Bowen and Ingham MobbsMarr Legal provides high level legal services to the Queensland community.
Allison has practiced exclusively in family law since admission in 2006. She gained Specialist Accreditation with the Queensland Law Society in 2015 and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator with AMDRAS.
Having served as Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and a Queensland Law Society Councillor for three years, Allison is well placed to provide insight into the litigation pathway and to guide clients to a successful outcome either through mediation or through the court process.
