Andrew Joseph is a third-generation lawyer with over 50 years spent in the legal profession. He has unusually wide experience in commercial litigation.
Andrew has acted either for or against many of the wealthiest families in Melbourne, and for some of the country’s major public and private companies. He has conducted significant legal proceedings in Melbourne, interstate, and overseas, and he has often travelled both nationally and internationally in serving his clients. Andrew has also specialised in acting both for and against other legal practitioners and firms, and in intergenerational family disputes, especially in the Melbourne Jewish community.
Additionally, Andrew has conducted a number of high profile white collar criminal cases. He has recently been involved in landmark higher court trials firstly in the corporations’ law area, secondly in the gambling industry and thirdly in complex matters concerning family trusts.
