• tenant-side leasing and advisory for new and established restaurants, bars, cafes and nightclubs, as well as for retail, office and co-working spaces.

Key experience and transactions include the $380m option and subsequent sale of a mixed-use community development in Sydney’s inner west, over a quarter of a billion dollars in retail shopping acquisitions and disposals across Australia’s east coast, and approximately $150m in childcare centre acquisitions.
