Anne-Louise Pham, HOCW

Anne-Louise Pham is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Principal Lawyer who leads HOCW’s Family Law team. She practises exclusively in family law, providing calm, strategic and client-focused guidance to individuals and families navigating complex relationship and separation matters.

Anne-Louise advises on property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, financial agreements, de facto relationships, child support and spousal maintenance. She is experienced in both negotiated resolutions and litigation, appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.
