Anthony Miller, Miller Sockhill Lawyers

Anthony has practiced in the area of Wills and Estates Law for over 15 years and holds a Masters in Wills and Estate Law from the College of Law. Anthony handles complex estate planning matters where his earlier experience in business and property law enables him to provide solid advice around business and asset succession. 

Anthony also manages a busy estate litigation practice and has been involved in numerous family provision applications,  applications to rectify a will and applications for probate on lost wills.
