Ben has been practicing in property and commercial law for 17 years, being admitted in Queensland, New South Wales and also to the Solicitors Board in England and Wales.
Whilst Ben has predominantly been practising in Queensland, he has worked in the United Kingdom, where his focus was on property law matters, servicing GE Money, a division of General Electric.
Ben and his business partner and brother, Robert Marino, set up their practice, Marino Law, in 2009. The firm is a leading boutique law firm centrally located in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast and regularly servicing clients in Brisbane, throughout Queensland and Australia.
Recognised amongst his peers as a leader in both property and commercial law fields, Ben’s vast clientele includes large national corporations, property developers, retail and commercial centres, small to medium enterprises and family business owners and individuals.
Ben’s underlying focus for all clients is to apply his technical and broad experience to guide them through the myriad of legal and compliance issues that may arise and through prudent planning and strategy, ensuring optimal outcomes are obtained.
