Bennajmin Reilly is a solicitor at Greg Russo Law based in Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula. Bennjamin is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of their succession related matters.
Originally from Gippsland and relocating to the Mornington Peninsula in 2020, Bennjamin's practice spans accross Victoria allowing him to provide clients with tailored and down-to-earth advice.
Bennjamin handles a range of matters including:
- estate planning - including wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts and trust succession.
- estate litigation - including family provision claims, executor removal applications and will validity claims.
- estate administration - including applications for grants of representation, including both complex and straightforward applications.
- property - including estate related conveyancing such as survivorship applications, transmission applications and property sales.
Bennjamin has worked in private practice since 2015 with an extensive administration and management background. He was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023 and continued to develop his skills within the succession law area - which he loves.
Known for his detail-oriented and solutions-focussed approach, Bennjamin is commited to delivering thoughtful, commercially sensible outcome that reflect each client's individual needs keeping each client informed and well supported through their legal journey.
Bennjamin continues to further his studies as he is completing his Master of Applied Law majoring in both Wills & Estates and Estate Planning. He is also an avid member of the Law Institute of Victoria. Prior to being admitted, Bennjamin was an member of the Institue of Legal Executives.
Outside of the legal realm, Bennjamin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including spending time with his beloved German Shepherd, Lucky.
