Bernard is an experienced litigator with a broad range of expertise in commercial law, medical negligence, negligence and other torts, estate law, and criminal law, who is also an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and has been involved in several notable cases.
Bernard has previously worked as the Tipstaff to the Hon. Justice Hoeben, Chief Judge at Common Law and a Justice of the NSW Court of Appeal, for the United Nations in Vienna, and for litigation law firms.
