Caitlin Coyne is a Senior Associate in HOCW’s Wills & Estates team, with a primary focus on personal and business succession planning and deceased estates. She advises individuals, business owners and family groups on tailored strategies to protect assets, manage risk, reduce the prospect of estate disputes and preserve wealth for future generations.

Her experience includes wills and testamentary trusts, trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries, powers of attorney, medical and advance care planning, superannuation death benefits, trust reviews, probate and letters of administration, estate administration and related disputes. Caitlin works closely with accountants and financial advisers to provide practical, integrated succession-planning advice.
