Chloe is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and the Founder and Director of Solution Focused Separation.
Her primary goal is to keep families out of court and enable them to separate with dignity and respect.
Chloe previously worked at firms with strong litigation practices and it became evident to her that people rarely achieved good outcomes for their families when they ended up in Court. Litigation is incredibly time consuming and is often emotionally and financially devastating.
It is important to her that her clients feel empowered and informed during the entire process. In her experience this ensures that there is less of the bitterness that comes with protracted and painful disputes.
Chloe can assist with all aspects of family law, specifically divorce applications, property settlements, parenting arrangements and child support agreements. She can also provide advice about asset protection to those considering entering a de facto relationship or marriage.
In the event a matter cannot be resolved outside of Court then Chloe can also assist you in making or responding to an Application in the Federal Circuit Court or Family Court of Australia.
