Daniel is a Special Counsel at Merton Lawyers where he also leads the firm’s litigation division. Widely regarded as one of Queensland's best dispute resolution lawyers, Daniel practices in all areas of litigation but specialises in and has a passion for strategic negotiation, contractual disagreements, building and construction disputes and corporate and personal insolvency. Daniel is an officer of the Supreme Court of Queensland along with the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
With an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University, he has completed studies at the University of Utah in the United States. Conversant in Mandarin, Daniel has gained an in-depth knowledge of Chinese law through studies at Suzhou University along with the East China University of Law and Politics in Shanghai.
