Elisha completed a Bachelor of Arts (Communications), Graduate Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She was a Magistrate’s Judicial Legal Research Associate in the Family Court of Western Australia and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in July 2020.
Experienced in negotiation, Elisha gives due consideration to all forms of alternative dispute resolution, but is also passionate about advocacy when litigation becomes necessary. Elisha has worked predominantly in family law, but has experience in both criminal and international law.
Elisha works within all areas of family law, but has developed a particular interest in restraining orders, children’s matters, Hague Convention proceedings (international recover orders), surrogacy and complex financial matters.
