Eliza Bergin, Foley’s List

Eliza Bergin specialises in planning law, environmental law, land valuation and compulsory acquisition of land. She also practices more broadly in the areas of commercial, public and administrative law.  She appears in all jurisdictions including the Federal Court, Supreme Court, Planning Panels Victoria, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Inquiries.  In 2019-2020, Eliza was appointed as a Counsel Assisting the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.
