Elizabeth is highly regarded succession lawyer who specialises in estate litigation. Elizabeth leads our Litigation team and works closely with executors, trustees, administrators and beneficiaries to assist them to reach a resolution in disputes over the interpretation of wills and the adequacy of provision made.
Elizabeth was recently recognised by legal benchmarking website, Doyles Guide, as one of Queensland’s leading Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyers for 2016.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Wills and Estate Law and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Elizabeth’s breadth of experience has been gained through more than 25 years experience in advising and working with her clients in areas including family provision applications, challenging the validity of the wills or the capacity of the testators.
Elizabeth spent nine years as a Barrister and nine years as a solicitor in New Zealand before being admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2002. She has acted in high profile cases in the Supreme Court in Queensland.
