Eloise Paxton-Hall, Farrell Family Lawyers
Eloise is an Associate at Farrell Family Lawyers and was admitted to practice in February 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Queensland. Following her admission, Eloise gained broad litigation experience at a large commercial firm before following her passion for family law in 2016.
Eloise’s has experience in all aspects of family law including property disputes, children’s matters, divorce, financial agreements, child support, spousal maintenance, surrogacy matters and de-facto and same sex relationship breakdowns.
Eloise has recently completed her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2020 and was awarded the Highest Distinction for her final two subjects.
Eloise prides herself on her ability to connect with clients and tailors her advice to suit their individual needs and goals. She provides pragmatic, clear and sensible advice to clients and is focussed on empowering clients to make informed decisions about their future. Eloise aims to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients in a practical and cost-effective manner. Client care is at the heart of what she does.
Eloise also volunteers her time as a mentor at Out for Australia Mentorship program.
