Emma Fogerty, Anderson Fredericks Turner

Emma is an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law through the Queensland Law Society. Practising in Toowoomba and Brisbane, Emma has a specialist criminal law practice with a focus on complex cases throughout Western Queensland.
Emma spent much of her career on the Gold Coast, where the first Specialist Domestic Violence Court was established in Queensland. With this background and as a Senior Associate for one of Queensland’s largest private criminal defence firms, Emma has proven experience and success in representing clients in criminal law matters.

A highly respected advocate with a wealth of court experience, Emma has appeared in courts of all levels throughout Queensland, representing clients in all areas of criminal law, from traffic violations through to murder, drug offences, white collar crime and corruption. Emma is recognised by her peers as a specialist in sexual offences.

Emma’s practical experience is met by her tertiary qualifications, combining a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Her academic qualifications as well as considerable professional experience ensures a focused, client-centred and wholistic approach to every matter.
