Felix Ralph completed a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) and Bachelor of Law at Monash University where he won prizes for Criminal Investigation Law & Procedure and also in Elements of Forensic Medicine. He attended the College of Law under full scholarship.
Felix joined MJR Criminal Lawyers in 2014 and became partner in 2019. He is head of the Melbourne Office of MJR Criminal Lawyers doing privately funded criminal defence work. He is a solicitor advocate that appears in all jurisdictions for criminal matters across Australia. He prides himself on providing a strong defence and is particularly known for his serious indictable and appellate work.
In 2021 he was the instructor for DPP Reference No. 1 of 2019 successfully maintaining the legal definition of recklessness in Victoria. In 2022 he was nominated for the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Award for Criminal Law.
In 2022, MJR Lawyers successfully acquired Kaczmarek Grigor Lawyers.
