Gilbert Aitken, Mitchell Chambers

Gilbert Aitken practices at all levels of the criminal justice system from summary trials to appeals. He has extensive experience in trials, criminal appeals and coronial inquests in South Australia and other jurisdictions. He has appeared in a wide range of cases ranging from murder to white collar crime. He has particular interests in International Law and Human Rights and holds an LLM in International law. Gilbert is a past member of the LSSA criminal law committee and a current member of SABAR’s criminal law committee.
