Hayley has over 12 years’ experience in law. She graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2009 after working as an articled clerk for 7 years for a prominent law firm on the Gold Coast.
Although Hayley has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law, she has particular experience in dealing with more challenging cases involving entrenched property disputes.
She is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Family Law Practitioners Association.
Hayley’s area of practice include matrimonial and de facto property matters, financial agreements, parenting disputes, divorce applications and domestic violence matters. Hayley also has experience in other areas of law including wills and estate administration, civil litigation, conveyancing and debt recovery.
