Jack has worked exclusively in family law since 2021 and is currently employed as a solicitor at Lewis & Trovas Family Lawyers, located in Brisbane’s CBD. Prior to commencing private practice, Jack served for three years as Deputy Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2), gaining valuable insight into the Court’s processes and the practical application of family law principles.
Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2024, Jack approaches each matter with a focus on diligence, empathy, and strategic thinking. He is committed to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of relationship breakdowns.
Jack’s professional manner is marked by his calm and considered approach, allowing him to guide clients through often challenging circumstances with both clarity and compassion.
Passionate about the family law community, Jack currently serves as the Early Career Member on the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA) Board, where he advocates for the professional development and engagement of early career practitioners. He is also an active member of the Family Law Section and the Queensland Law Society.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (International) from the Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
