Jacob is a Special Counsel within McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ Corporate and Commercial Advisory team.
He is an experienced digital and intellectual property lawyer and has been advising clients on commercial, intellectual property, and technology matters for over 12 years.
Jacob acts for clients in both the public and private sectors, and has acted for clients across a range of industries including technology, software, manufacturing, automotive, logistics, primary producers, agribusiness, health, retail, social media, and marketing.
He regularly provides advice on intellectual property strategy, protection, and commercialisation, as well as on negotiating and drafting intellectual property and technology-centric agreements, and navigating and complying with regulatory frameworks, particularly in relation to privacy and data protection.
