Jennifer is an Associate in the Employment Law team at MST Lawyers.
Jennifer has experience acting for employee and employer clients, from small family businesses to large national corporations. She is committed to providing practical, commercially sound and tailored advice to suit the needs of each individual client and the outcomes they seek.
Jennifer’s practice includes acting in and advising her clients on:
- Compliance under the Fair Work Act, industrial instruments and other workplace laws;
- Disputes in courts and tribunals across Australia (including the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Victoria) including matters relating to unfair dismissal, underpayment of wages and general protections;
- Employment contracts, workplace policies and other employment documentation;
- Enterprise bargaining.
