Jonathan Green, McInnes Wilson

Jonathan is a Special Council within McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ Corporate and Commercial Advisory Team.

Jonathan’s experience predominantly lies in advising charities, not-for-profits, philanthropists, profit for purpose entities and social enterprises in relation to corporate, commercial, tax and duty, property, regulatory compliance, governance and dispute resolution matters. Jonathan has a deep understanding of the needs of for purpose clients and in particular has significant experience as a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector, disability sector, aged care sector and religious institutions.
