As the head of the the firm's Succession Practice, Jordan oversees the majority of wills and estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.

With a background in commercial & property law, Jordan has a clear and sensible approach to the complex scenarios that arise in Succession Law and how those scenarios may effect a person or their beneficiaries practically.

Jordan completed a Masters of Applied Law majoring in Wills & Estates through the College of Law and actively engages in the Succession Law community. 

Jordan has experience and can advise on:

• wills and estate planning - varying from simple wills to those involving testamentary trusts, extensive asset protection and protective trusts;
• estate litigation;
• family provision applications - acting for the estate or on behalf of applicants;
• estate administration - from obtaining a grant of probate or letters of administration, to more complex estates such as those requiring a deed of family arrangement or that are insolvent estate; and
• acting for charities, trustees and trustee companies (from within Queensland and interstate).
