Kate is an Accredited Specialist in family law, with over 20 years’ experience as a family lawyer helping families navigate separation and complex legal issues with confidence and clarity.

Kate advises across all areas of family law, including complex parenting and financial matters involving high-conflict, family violence, parental alienation, large asset pools, complex financial structures, maintenance, Financial Agreements, Child Support Agreements, and matters with international aspects.

Kate is an accredited AMDRAS mediator, accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), and Collaboratively Trained Lawyer who is passionate about helping families navigate the challenging time of separation.
