Kathryn practices in Wills and Estates. She is located in Jannali, south of Sydney and assists both clients located locally and outside of the Sutherland Shire.
Kathryn has completed post graduate training specifically in Wills and Estates and is trained as a Collaborative Practitioner. This means that prior to embarking on costly litigation, she will assess if there are other more practical ways of resolving any conflict between family members.
Whilst her preference is to work collaboratively with other professionals, sometimes that is not possible (sometimes because of a power imbalance, or one or more parties do not wish to negotiate a solution). In these situations, Kathryn will work to achieve the best outcome for clients.
