I am a Associate at Muscat Tanzer working within Construction, Infrastructure and Procurement Law.
With over 3 years of experience, I have assisted both corporate and government clients in a range of front- and back-end matters. I have particular experience in and am passionate about back-end work, having assisted private and government clients in numerous construction related disputes. This has included Supreme Court litigations across multiple jurisdictions, adjudications across multiple jurisdictions and administrative law matters within the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
In addition, I have experience in assisting corporate and government clients in a range of front-end work including reviewing and amending contracts, including Australian Standards, assisting in departure negotiations and assisting in numerous procurement processes for government clients.
