Keith manages the Wills and Estates section of the firm and brings years of experience and expertise in assisting clients to work through the complexities of estate planning.
Keith is regularly asked to lecture on various aspects of estate planning including charitable trusts, special disability trusts, succession planning, superannuation and family provision claims.
Keith’s ability to empathise and identify with clients’ particular needs sets him apart from others in this practice area and his commitment to the community has been rewarded by his appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia in 1998.
Keith is a Member of the Financial Planning Association Australia, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Former President of the National Heart Foundation (ACT), serving on the board for 32 years.
