Kelly’s practice spans both New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, applying her skills to secure favourable outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her litigation work, Kelly regularly acts in applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, guiding executors and administrators through the process to ensure efficient administration of estates. In addition, Kelly has experience obtaining Judicial Advice to clarify will provisions. Notably, she has overseen a case that defined the legal interpretation of “vested in possession”.
Known for her high attention to detail and strong analytical skills, Kelly approaches each case with patience and empathy, making her a trusted advisor to her clients. She takes the time to understand their unique circumstances, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process.
